Our world will reach gender equity in the year 2236. That’s according to current estimates. However, with the right data, insights, and a roadmap to lead us, I believe we can close the gender equity gap in this lifetime—we don’t have to wait another 216 years. Not only is gender equity the right thing to do, it’s also the smart thing to do. Achieving gender equity would strengthen the global economy by $12 trillion.
